About the roleDashlane is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our international talent team, supporting the recruitment process and providing an exceptional candidate experience. You will interact with hiring managers and candidates to build strong relationships and hire great people. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will ensure smooth talent acquisition processes with a focus on data accuracy and efficiency, managing the entire recruitment cycle for specific roles while supporting Talent Acquisition Specialists for more complex positions.
Responsibilities- Own maintaining a positive recruiting experience by scheduling phone, video, and
- person interviews in a
- paced environment, and ensuring interviewers have all necessary materials and information prior to interviews. - Manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including hiring managers, candidates, and
- functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration. - Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities while ensuring quality and attention to detail.
- Ensure everyone involved in the recruitment process adheres to the recruiting SLAs.
- Assist in sourcing active and passive candidates through referrals, networking, internal databases, and innovative research tactics.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity in Greenhouse, ensuring compliance with local and global requirements, including GDPR.
- Communicate with candidates professionally and be responsive to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Promote the Dashlane brand and use creativity to attract and market the company to qualified candidates.
- Own weekly recruitment metrics, ensuring data is accurate,

- date, and compliant. - Generate, analyze, and report on quarterly recruitment metrics to provide actionable insights to improve processes.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Specialists in retrieving relevant data for weekly
- ups with Hiring Managers. - Greet candidates and provide office tours, showcasing our office space and culture.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement in recruitment processes and support
- driven recruitment strategies. - Manage the entire recruitment cycle for selected roles.
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a
- paced environment. - Excellent oral and written communication in English.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse experience preferred) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with proven experience managing and reporting on recruiting metrics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfort working with a globally distributed team.
- High degree of comfort with ambiguity.
- Exceptional problem solving skills.
- Proactive mindset with a commitment to a positive candidate experience.
- Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and collaborate across teams.
- Strong work ethic,
- directed with good time management skills.
