Main Responsabilities:

• Analyze digital profiles and understand role requirements
• Source Candidates via Linked
  In Outreach, Job postings, Network events, etc.
• Screen candidates and lead them through the interview process
• Produce reports and improve the recruiting process
• Suggest improvements, contribute, and leave your mark!

Who you are:

• Currently you are studying Human Resources or Psychology (preferable) or any related field.
• Strong English communication skills is a must
• French/Spanish is a plus
• Proactive , organized , and eager to learn
• A people person who loves to communicate and with great interpersonal skills
• You like challenges , are excited by taking responsibility
• Team-player, you can both work collaboratively as in autonomy
• Interested in a
  - up environment and working with a multicultural team
