We are looking for a Talent Acquisition - French Speaker

Main Tasks :

• Manage
  -
  - end recruitment processes across various departments and roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Source top talent through both conventional and creative channels.
• Promote structured, inclusive, and efficient interview processes
  - wide.
• Provide market insights and hiring metrics to optimize recruitment strategies.

Technical Skills :

• 2–2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in
  - growth tech or Fin
  Tech environments.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools.
• Proven track record of hiring across diverse geographies and departments.
• Strong consultative approach and ability to work closely with stakeholders.
• Passion for inclusive hiring practices.

Fluency in English and French is mandatory
