We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern at KWAN This is a paid 9 month professional internship for someone who wants real
- on exposure to IT recruitment and commercial talent delivery What you will do

• Support the Business Development team.
• Search and source IT profiles on Linked
  In, Git
  Hub and other platforms.
• Build longlists and screen CVs.
• Help create and publish job ads.
• Support and observe interviews.
• Learn how recruitment KPIs and market benchmarks really work.

What we are looking for Student or recent graduate in HR, Psychology, Management or similar.

• Available for 1 weekly office day in Lisbon or Porto.
• Portuguese C2 + good English level B2 minimum.
• Curious, proactive and comfortable in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and team mindset.
