Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, or other similar areas;
• +2 years of experience in IT talent recruitment;
• Good communication skills alongside detail focus;
• People-oriented, empathic, and dynamic;
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and strong results orientation;
• Mandatory to be fluent in Portuguese and have a good level of English (minimum B2);
• Believing that it is possible to have a positive impact on the quality of life of our talents.
