Exciting Opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager in Lisbon!

About the Role

Join a newly launched consultancy firm specializing in Finance IT, where you’ll play a key role in building and leading the Talent Acquisition team as the agency grows.

As the first hire, you will work directly with the General Manager to establish and execute the recruitment strategy, ensuring the agency’s success.

Over time, you’ll recruit, structure, and manage your own team, taking on broader HR responsibilities.

Your missions

• Lead the
  -
  - end recruitment process for Finance IT roles in Portugal
• Develop a strong talent pipeline using ATS and Linked
  In Recruiter
• Engage in sourcing, interviewing, and selection to find the best candidates
• Strengthen employer branding through school partnerships and events
• Set up and optimize recruitment processes for
  - term efficiency
• Work hand in hand with the General Manager to shape HR strategies
• Recruit, structure, and manage your future Talent Acquisition team

Who you are

• 2 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment within an ESN, IT consulting firm, or recruitment agency
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a
  - driven approach
• Passion for recruitment and the ability to build and lead a team
• Comfortable working independently in a
  - evolving environment
