Purpose
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you are responsible for transforming the recruitment needs into an actionable recruitment plan, while applying the company's talent acquisition process. You plan and align priorities for your specific scope, ensuring that the overall performance of your team is aligned to deliver the recruitment volume. You play an advisory role to the business, focusing on the human dimension of the team, including resource allocation, employee development, and talent development. The Talent Acquisition Manager is leading a business pillar or a region.
Responsibilities
You are accountable for understanding their recruitment needs, and partner with the key stakeholders to transform those needs into an actionable recruitment plan
You are accountable for monitoring the progress and efficiency of the recruitment processes and the growth of the relevant candidate pipelines for short, medium and
- term plans.
You are accountable for monitoring processes and systems and driving continuous improvement and change to meet strategic goals
You are accountable for delivering specific recruitment process subject to
- visibility for top management and/or critical and direct impact on company's performance
You are accountable for advising and coaching the Global/Local HRBPs falling under your scope and HRMs to ensure the identification and attraction of talents meet current and future business needs
You are accountable for managing and developing your team to ensure they have the necessary skills and competencies
You are responsible for monitoring, following, and overseeing the data quality within your perimeter in our system (Lucy) according to global process standards and service level agreements, respecting the escalation standard for each recruitment process. You take a
- centric approach, analysing both internal and external candidates through
- based assessments to ensure the most suitable candidate is selected for the position.
You are responsible to manage business relations with the best market partners and maintaining terms and conditions within commercial rules that benefit and protect SBM Offshore.
Education
Bachelor's Degree: Typically in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advanced Degree (Preferred): Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is often preferred.
Experience
Solid experience in talent acquisition or related HR fields. Demonstrated experience in transforming recruitment needs into actionable plans and leading recruitment processes
