Purpose:
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you are responsible for translating recruitment needs into actionable plans, applying the company's talent acquisition processes. You will align priorities within your scope, ensuring your team's performance meets recruitment targets. You will advise the business, focusing on resource allocation, employee development, and talent growth. The Talent Acquisition Manager leads a business pillar or a region.
Responsibilities:
- Understand recruitment needs and collaborate with stakeholders to develop actionable plans.
- Monitor recruitment process efficiency and candidate pipeline growth for short, medium, and
- term goals.
- Drive continuous process improvements to meet strategic objectives.
- Deliver recruitment processes that impact company performance and require visibility for top management.
- Advise and coach HRBPs and HRMs to ensure talent attraction aligns with business needs.
- Manage and develop your team to ensure necessary skills and competencies.
- Oversee data quality within your system (Lucy) according to standards and SLAs.
- Maintain strong relationships with market partners, ensuring terms benefit SBM Offshore.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred: Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA), or related field.
Experience:
Proven experience in talent acquisition or HR, with a track record of transforming recruitment needs into plans and leading processes.
Functional Competencies:
Workforce planning, Diversity and inclusion, Analytics and reporting, Business partnering, Talent acquisition, Employee value proposition, Change management, External benchmarking.
