Talent Acquisition Partner (12 months, fixed-term contract)
Job Description
Zendesk is looking for a versatile Talent Acquisition Partner to lead and support our hiring efforts across multiple functions — including Go-to-Market (GTM), General & Administrative (G&A), Product and Engineering, and Marketing — primarily in Portugal , but with reach across the EMEA region.
As a trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring teams, you’ll take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle — from developing sourcing strategies to delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll work across diverse business units and markets, helping us scale teams with top talent while contributing to a strong, inclusive hiring culture.

What You’ll Do - Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions and countries, ensuring a
- quality, inclusive candidate experience. - Act as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers – advising on hiring needs, market trends, and best practices.
- Design and execute tailored sourcing strategies to attract top candidates across both technical and
- technical roles. - Use data and market intelligence to guide hiring decisions , influence stakeholders, and continuously improve recruitment performance.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the recruitment process.
- Build strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, talent mapping, networking, and leveraging tools like Linked
In, Workday, and social platforms. - Support employer branding efforts, including recruitment marketing initiatives and participation in local and regional hiring events.
- Partner
- functionally with regional TA peers to ensure alignment and support on global and regional hiring initiatives.
What You Bring - 3+ years of
- cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a generalist or
- functional TA role in a
- moving, international environment. - Experience recruiting across a variety of roles (e. g. , Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Engineering, and G&A).
- Strong sourcing skills with a creative approach to finding and engaging talent.
- A collaborative, consultative mindset and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and systems ( Workday experience a plus).
- A
- driven approach to
- making, always looking to optimize performance. - Passion for building inclusive teams and embedding DEI in hiring processes.
- Strong communication and prioritization skills , with the ability to juggle multiple roles and regions simultaneously.

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific
- office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
