Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Attract the best talent for open positions while building and maintaining relationships with the talent for future opportunities.
• Build trusted and
  - term relationships with hiring managers. Develop strategic job plans for their requisitions and coach them on hiring best practices.
• Meet and exceed recruiting metrics (time to fill, candidate experience, quality of hire).
• Source using various tools. Recommend new strategies and resources for finding and attracting technical talent.
• Provide a stellar candidate experience and the ability to pipeline candidates for future opportunities.
• Attend networking events to source technical talent.
• Continuously improve our talent brand, recruiting processes, and candidate experience.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience including sourcing, preferably with growing technology companies.
• 3+ years in an
  - house environment, technology company preferred.
• Great
  - through with candidates and ability to create exceptional experiences.
• Proven track record of finding and hiring top technical talent with a high close rate.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Relationship builder/networker extraordinaire.
• Team Player.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Participate in identifying ways to improve processes, implement better workflows, and execute on process and improvement projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
