Your strong analytical skills will be crucial as you monitor recruitment performance, provide actionable insights, and present
- driven reports on key recruitment metrics. You'll partner with Sourcing Partners to deliver market insights and intelligence that shape hiring strategies and support global business unit growth. You'll also develop and maintain fair and consistent assessment processes to evaluate candidates' skills against critical role requirements. Regularly reviewing and enhancing these processes to address gaps and align with Hiscox values and Leadership Framework, you'll embed diversity and inclusion (D&I) strategies to promote equity and support the selection of diverse,

Develop tailored global talent acquisition plans that align with BU goals, objectives, and growth plans. - Act as a strategic advisor by collaborating with BU and People leaders (Up to C-Suite) and their teams to align BU and hiring strategies, delivering a seamless,
- effective, and exceptional hiring experience for internal/external candidates and Hiscox hiring managers. - Full ownership and accountability of the candidate sourcing process by driving strategic collaboration with Hiring Leaders and Sourcing Partners to define clear role requirements to identify
