We're hiring a Talent Acquisition!

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent;
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking;
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit;
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and requirements;
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding;
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities;
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs;
• Stay

  - date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment;
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools;
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
