Purpose of the role
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Lisbon, you’ll play a key role in driving hiring excellence across BCA Europe. You will partner directly with hiring managers and collaborate with other group recruitment teams to deliver
- quality hires, develop talent pipelines, and enhance the candidate experience. You’ll act as a brand ambassador, upskilling leaders, and continuously improving our recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a
- quality, innovative recruitment service to BCA Europe leaders, ensuring timely hiring of top talent. - Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide expert recruitment advice and support throughout the hiring process.
- Source active and passive candidates using a variety of direct sourcing methods including Linked
In, job boards, and social media. - Act as a key ambassador for the BCA employer brand, ensuring a superb candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with the other group company recruitment teams to align processes, share talent insights, and coordinate
- border hiring efforts. - Support hiring managers by training and upskilling them in resourcing best practices, interview techniques, and candidate selection.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across all areas of the resourcing cycle – sourcing, attraction, selection, onboarding.
- Use recruitment data and reporting tools to provide insights and support effective hiring decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment and resourcing legislation and internal governance standards.
- Manage recruitment vendors and job board contracts as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Key Skills and Experience
- Strong
-
- end recruitment experience, ideally in a European or
- site environment. - Proficiency in direct sourcing techniques including Linked
In Recruiter, Boolean search, and headhunting. - Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to partner with senior managers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus).
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using reporting tools like Power
BI to analyse trends and track performance. - High energy, initiative, and a
- service ethic. - Creative thinking and
- solving skills in sourcing and engaging candidates. - Digitally savvy and comfortable using technology and social media in recruitment.
- Good understanding of resourcing compliance and legal considerations in recruitment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English;
other European languages are a plus.
