To strengthen our team in Lisbon, Portugal, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist with around 1 year of experience, eager to take on a challenging and evolving role.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Define and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the needs of our IT/Digital, Engineering, and Life Sciences divisions.
• Identify, source, and select qualified talent for our clients.
• Conduct interviews with diverse profiles and participate in recruitment decisions.
• Contribute to responding to tenders and supporting business development.
• Expand and maintain our candidate network.
• Optimize recruitment and candidate
  - up processes.
• Develop
  - depth knowledge of the new technologies market and key sectors (IT, engineering, life sciences, banking, pharma).
• Collaborate with senior team members and contribute to team projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted partner.
• Participate in strategic projects and contribute to business growth.

Your Profile

• Around 1 year of experience in recruitment, ideally in IT, Engineering, or Life Sciences.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, or equivalent.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (professional level required);
  
  French is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work autonomously.
• Intellectual curiosity and interest in the mentioned sectors.
