Your new role

• As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will become an expert, in recruiting for our internal structure at Hays.
• You will be responsible for managing and building your own portfolio of candidates and be proactive in developing valuable,
  - lasting relationships through your interviews with candidates and managing the relationship with the Hiring Managers.
• You will be placing the right candidate into the right role and completing the full
  -
  - end recruitment process whilst successfully achieving your targets and KPIs specific to your desk within this
  - orientated business.

What you'll need to succeed
Here, thinking out of the box and a growth mindset are essential. It's not just about who you are, but who you want to become. It would be a distinct advantage to have:

• Previous experience in recruitment as a consultant or as a talent acquisition in an HR/P&C Team (two years)
• Fluency in Portuguese
• Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to build successful
  - term partnerships
• Proactive and with passion to succeed, you take initiative
• Ability to work effectively under strict deadlines and a
  - paced environment
• Collaborative in spirit, people focused with a
