About This Role

This is a new position created specifically for the Portuguese market, as part of supporting our newly developing operations in Portugal. The person in this role will work in close cooperation with the local Project Manager as well as the central Recruitment Team in Poland.

Your Responsibilities

• Independently manage recruitment processes for operational and specialist roles
• Build and develop a candidate database and professional network
• Maintain long‑term relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Provide administrative support related to HR and personnel documentation
• Actively contribute to employer branding initiatives and marketing strategy execution
• Conduct onboarding for new employees, ensuring effective internal communication and supporting a positive organizational culture
• Co‑create and improve internal HR processes and procedures

Requirements

• Previous recruitment experience with technical or energy sector roles
• English proficiency at B2 level
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, independence, accountability, and a proactive mindset
• Excellent negotiation and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
