What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of our People team, you’ll play a vital role in scaling Rydoo globally by finding and attracting the best talent. You’ll own the full recruitment cycle and act as a strategic partner to our hiring managers.

• Drive
  -
  - end recruitment across multiple functions (Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc. ).
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success metrics, and sourcing strategies.
• Screen candidates (CV review, phone/video interviews), coordinate interview processes, and manage feedback loops.
• Own the offer process: benchmarking, drafting offers, negotiation, and closing.
• Source proactively — build and nurture pipelines via Linked
  In, tech communities, referrals, and job boards.
• Maintain and optimize our ATS (Workable) and recruitment workflows to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reporting.
• Collaborate on employer branding, DE&I initiatives, and internal hiring campaigns.
• Track and analyze hiring metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, source effectiveness) and recommend improvements.
• Support a smooth onboarding handoff to ensure every new Rydooer starts strong.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally in Saa
  S or tech environments.
• Proven success hiring for both technical and
  - technical roles.
• Skilled at thriving in
  - paced, evolving environments and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with candidates and hiring teams.
• Hands‑on experience with Linked
  In Recruiter and ATS tools (Workable preferred).
• Metric‑driven and results‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and solution‑oriented.
• Based in Portugal (Lisbon), with the flexibility to be in our Lisbon office at least once a week.
