Experience & Education

• Bachelor-'s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
• 3+ years in tech recruitment, ideally in a multinational or matrix organization
• Proven success hiring across software engineering, product, infrastructure, and data roles

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• High adaptability in a
