The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will bridge regional hiring needs with our global People & Talent strategy. Your mission is to lead

- end recruitment for regional teams, empower hiring managers and People Business Partners, and act as a strategic advisor to build
- performing teams across our core markets.
You will collaborate with General Managers, Regional Ops Directors, PBPs, and central teams to ensure effective hiring, bringing structure, best practices, and a great candidate experience.
What Will You Work On?
- Manage
- cycle recruitment for office and field roles across multiple countries and functions. - Partner with GMs and PBPs to understand hiring needs, define scorecards, and develop sourcing strategies.
- Coach hiring managers on best practices, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
- Support regional stakeholders to become more autonomous in hiring, providing
- on assistance when needed. - Use data to improve hiring outcomes, monitor pipeline efficiency, and support
- making. - Develop and scale TA processes, tools, and reporting, focusing on quality, speed, and alignment.
Who Are We Looking For?
Must-haves
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in an agency (preferably executive search) and 1+ year in
- house recruitment. - Experience managing international,
- volume recruitment across regions. - Strong outbound sourcing skills, managing pipelines
-
- end. - Experience in
- scaling environments (startups/scale-ups). - Fluent in English.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and methodically in a
- paced environment. - (Nice-to-have) Experience with HR tasks, budgeting, or data analysis.
- (Nice-to-have) Experience recruiting for field roles.
