They are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives on finding the right people to join their journey.
Responsibilities :
- Be the sourcing hero: find the best tech talent on Linked
In (and wherever they might be hiding) - Partner with hiring managers to really get what they're looking for: even if they don’t fully know yet
- Build and nurture strong pipelines for both technical and functional roles
- Own the recruitment process

- end like a boss - from first message to offer sent - Make sure candidates have an awesome experience, even the ones who don’t get the job
- Bring ideas to the table to improve how we attract, engage, and wow top talent
Profile sought :
Education :
Degree in HR, Psychology, Management or something else
- related: we’re
- minded like that.
Experience :
- At least 2 years in talent acquisition, ideally in tech:you know the difference between Java and Java
Script (and care) - Comfortable working independently, but collaborative by nature
- Used to working in
- paced environments where priorities change faster than your coffee cools
Technical Skills :
- Linked
In Recruiter is basically your second home - Experience using ATS platforms (extra points if you’re the kind who actually keeps them updated)
- Fluent in English: you'll use it daily, both for interviews and meme exchanges
