What is this challenge about

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your mission will be to support the Business Development unit by ensuring the fast, accurate, and
- quality delivery of candidates, actively contributing to the success of our commercial initiatives.

Main responsibilities:

Work closely with the Business Development team to understand open commercial opportunities and the required technical profiles;



Search and select candidates from internal databases, creating organized longlists aligned with the defined criteria;



Perform active sourcing of IT profiles using common recruitment platforms (Linked
In, Git
Hub, Stack Overflow, among others);



Create and publishattractive and targeted job ads for the open roles;



Conduct CV screenings and initial interviews, focusing on both technical and behavioral fit;



Maintain continuouscommunication with the Business Development team to ensure alignment and a smooth recruitment process;



Build market benchmarks for specific profiles: where they are located, typical salary ranges, and the best channels to find and attract them;



Report recruitment
KPIs and relevant data (e. G. , average
-
- hire, conversion rates, most effective sourcing channels).

What we are looking for

Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record in the Tech Industry;



Residence: Candidates must be currently residing in Portugal and available for a weekly office day in Lisbon or Porto.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in Portuguese as a first language is essential. A good English level is also required (at least B2 - Upper Intermediate) to lead the process with foreign candidates;
