As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of our Global Talent Acquisition team, focusing on efforts to achieve our
- term business plans and ambitions. The organization is spread throughout Europe, with our Portuguese office in Lisboa.

What will you do?

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Aceve, you'll work closely with business leaders and line managers across the group. Your main focus will be scaling our tech hub in Lisbon, but you'll also support the overall business.

You will participate in building our Employer Branding & Attraction strategies across all markets and business units, aimed at enabling the future success and growth of Aceve. Your role will be broad, ranging from
- on headhunting to developing recruitment processes and creating data insights to identify improvement areas. Your contribution will significantly impact how we develop and maintain a
- class Talent Acquisition process. Your focus areas include:

• Supporting our growth targets by ensuring timely recruitment and hiring of the right talent

• Developing sourcing and recruitment strategies for a wide range of roles, especially within tech

• Participating in talent attraction initiatives and projects, creating data insights, and identifying areas for improvement

• Advising internal stakeholders and building relationships to strengthen Talent Acquisition

• Developing our employer brand through various initiatives, from idea generation to execution, in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team

• Being an ambassador for Aceve, inspiring others to achieve our group goals

• Supporting employee administration tasks such as employment contracts

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with
  -
  - end recruitment

• Proven track record in Talent Attraction/Acquisition, handling recruitment processes across levels and areas, preferably including tech

• Experience with sourcing strategies

• Experience working in a
  - driven environment with good Excel skills

• Experience hiring in a
  - paced environment

• Prestige-less mindset and enjoyment working with responsibility

• Independent, quick, and accurate in task completion

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or relevant work experience
