Mission:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in identifying, attracting, and managing top talent, ensuring TEKEVER's continued growth with a brilliant team.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing creative sourcing strategies to attract top professionals in technology, engineering, and innovation.
• Creating and promoting job advertisements across platforms.
• Managing and optimizing the recruitment process.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Enhancing TEKEVER’s employer brand by promoting company culture and values.
• Participating in recruitment events and networking opportunities.
• Supporting onboarding functions.

Profile and requirements:

• Degree in Sociology, Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English (C2 level).
• Passion for technology and innovation, with an interest in applying tech solutions in HR.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent management.
• Resilient, positive, dynamic, and
  - driven attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team.
• Available to work in a hybrid regime in Lisbon Downtown.
