Talent Acquisition Specialist

You’ll take full ownership of your hiring pipeline, working closely with stakeholders to attract, engage, and hire the best talent out there. You’ll bring a
- driven mindset to track what’s working (and what’s not), help refine our talent acquisition strategy, and play a key role in elevating the candidate experience. You’ll also support our employer branding efforts and help us stay ahead of hiring trends, all while keeping quality, speed, and culture at the core of everything you do.
Your Day to Day
Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer for a variety of BPO roles, balancing speed and quality
Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, operating with a strong sense of urgency and focus on delivery
Source top candidates directly across Linked
In, job boards, internal databases, and beyond
Craft outreach messaging that stands out and keeps candidates engaged throughout the process
Sell our unique value proposition and company culture authentically to secure strong close rates
Partner closely with hiring managers to fully understand role requirements, team dynamics, and success criteria
Maintain and optimize our ATS, ensuring clean, transparent candidate pipelines
Deliver a seamless, positive candidate experience that truly reflects our culture and values
Build meaningful relationships with candidates, even those we don’t hire, to nurture
- term talent connections
Track and analyze recruitment performance data to spot opportunities and continuously improve
Keep hiring processes flexible and adapt quickly to shifting business priorities
Report on hiring metrics regularly and proactively identify ways to elevate process quality and efficiency
Support Employer Branding initiatives to amplify our talent attraction efforts
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines while staying ahead of global hiring trends and market insights
What You Bring to the Table
3+ years of
- on
- cycle placement recruitment experience, preferably at a staffing agency.
A proven
- starter with the ability to manage priorities independently.
Strong direct sourcing capabilities across platforms, with a creative approach to talent engagement.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence candidates and hiring teams alike.
Comfortable working with recruitment KPIs and leveraging insights to drive improvements.
Fluent in English (spoken and written). Additional languages such as German, French, or Spanish are a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power
Point).
