We are in search of a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on hiring expert maintenance roles across Europe to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role,
- 'll play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts and helping us ensure our growth is done with the right talent in the right place. Quality will always be above quantity!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Master every phase of the hiring process, from crafting compelling job descriptions to extending offers;
• Simultaneously handle recruitment processes across different areas and departments, maintaining a proactive and strategic approach;
• Review applications, conduct thorough interviews, and collaborate with the Hiring Partners to make candidate selections;
• Expertly use Linked
  In Recruiter to identify, source, and engage top talent, showcasing your proficiency with Boolean searching;
• Assess candidates and their cultural fit to ensure the alignment of future Bloqstars with our company values;
• Provide a positive, respectful candidate experience, collecting feedback to continually enhance recruitment processes;
• Track key hiring metrics to ensure practices align with company goals and drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring To The Table

• Educational background in Psychology, Social Sciences, or related fields;
• 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience specifically in maintenance/electrical roles;
• Knowledge of European job boards and platforms used by
  - related candidates;
• Expertise using Boolean searching across platforms such as Linked
  In Recruiter or Google;
• In-house recruitment experience, having worked in international environments and across multiple locations;
• Genuine enthusiasm for interviewing and mastering the art of cultural matchmaking, ensuring our future Bloqstars feel like they’ve found their professional fit;
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and a commitment to centralizing information within the platform;
• Wisdom and resilience to navigate the highs and lows of a
  - growing company with grace.

It Would Be Great If You Would Also Have

• Fluency in German, Dutch or Flemish languages is highly valued. Spanish would also be a plus;
• Experience using Teamtailor.
