Job Description
The Position
We are seeking a motivated and strategic Talent Scout to join our Lisbon-based team. This role is ideal for someone who is a natural hunter, influencer, and networker, passionate about finding and connecting with top talent across EMEA. Working closely with our Talent Attraction Business Partners (TABPs) and Talent Branding Team, you’ll develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines, provide market insights, and support our recruitment goals.
This is a hybrid role, with 2–3 days per week expected in the Lisbon office.

- Be the ultimate talent hunter – sleuth out the best passive candidates with clever search tricks, creative sourcing, and a relentless drive to connect.
- Channel your inner influencer – you’re not just reaching out to candidates; you’re telling the story of Organon and why they should want in.
- Cold calling? Networking? You’re fearless. You’re the kind of person who doesn’t wait for talent to come to you—you go out and get it.
- Build talent pipelines like a curator builds a gallery – thoughtfully, strategically, and always with an eye for potential.
- Bring the market to life – share what you’re hearing from candidates and trends you’re spotting. Hiring managers will look to you for
- time intel on what’s happening out there. - Partner up! You’ll collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners (TABPs), employer branding experts, and hiring teams to keep everything aligned and moving fast.
- Think like a strategist – develop smart, scalable sourcing plans for

- volume roles, and everything in between. - Join Recruitment Strategy Meetings (RSMs) and help steer the conversation with data, insight, and candidate buzz.
- QIAC like a pro – prescreen and qualify candidates through crisp, focused conversations to see if they meet the
- haves. (No deep dives into culture fit or behavior here – just the essentials. ) - Guide candidates with care – point them to the careers site and be their friendly compass through the
- application stage. - Keep things organized and
- driven – you’re comfy in CRMs, Linked
In Recruiter, and ATS tools, and you know how to keep pipelines clean and humming.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
What You Bring To The Table
- You've got at least 2 years of
- on experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition – you’ve been in the talent trenches and know what it takes to find hidden gems. - You're fluent in English and Portuguese, and you know how to tailor your message to make candidates feel like you’re speaking their language (because you are).
- Tools like Linked
In Recruiter and CRMs? You don’t just use them—you work magic with them. - You're fearless with outreach – cold messages,
- ups, casual convos that turn into dream hires? All in a day's work. - Your communication game is strong – whether it’s written, spoken, or somewhere in between, you connect with clarity and purpose.
