We are growing and seeking a
- time Talent Manager to join our team! We are looking for a talented professional that should help our company find and retain excellent students. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong training brand, and ensure great relationships with both candidates and students in a
- volume startup atmosphere. If you love to learn, get excited about sharing what you know with others, and care about impacting the tech industry in positive ways, we look forward to meeting you!Responsibilities:Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring
- Participate in employment branding
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc. )- Take steps to ensure a positive candidate
- Assist both employees and students in retention and
- Support the growth of soft skills to help IT professionals
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, attend events, and promote the ITUp brand as an outstanding global school
Required:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent
- 1 or 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to build successful relationships with employees, students (people of technical and
- technical backgrounds)- Solid understanding of English, both spoken and written (at least level B2 of the CEFR required)- Critical thinking and
- solving
- Spirit of initiative, autonomy, and great sense of
- Highly effective interpersonal
- Work as part of a team and in an
- changing environment, and act in complex and nuanced situations with tact and a collaborative mindset
Preferred:
- CCP - Certificate of Pedagogical Skills or equivalent Teaching skills certificate (or the corporate equivalent)- Passion for learning and
- Previous experience hiring, nurturing, and closing
- Previous experience with passive candidate
- Excellent communication, time management, and negotiation skills
