- making for their respective organizations and businesses. We are now looking for a **Talent Manager** willing to accept new challenges in Porto in our Closer team. **Are you the one? **- Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, or other similar areas;



- +2 years of experiencein IT talent recruitment;



- Good communication skills alongside detail focus;



- People-oriented, empathic, and dynamic;



- Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and strong results orientation;



- Mandatory to be fluentin Portuguese and have a good level of English (minimum B2);
