We are looking for an amazing, driven and talented IT Recruiter  to join our Team in Lisbon!

Strong experience in the IT world as a tech recruiter;

Responsible for sourcing candidates via several platforms (internal database, referrals, social media, etc).

Working together with the management team to understand the best approach for each open position as well as being able to manage candidate expectations regarding timelines and job requirements;

Be part of the full recruitment cycle including screening of CV's, interviews and offers, as well as being responsible for continuous
- ups (retention is key) with the hired candidates;

Great knowledge of tech related profiles and the latest technologies; you must be able to understand when there is a fit between a candidate and a job spec;

Able to work in several open positions simultaneously and deliver quality candidates;

Energetic and ambitious with a positive attitude. You have to be a team player and be able to work under pressure;

Strong English skills;

Bachelor's Degree (Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology or similar);
