Your Role

• Support and enhance our global Key Function approach by maintaining the Key Function Dashboard, tracking KPIs, and driving improvements.
• Support the Boomerang project to attract and rehire former employees. Create and nurture an alumni network to ensure ongoing communication with top talent.
• Support content updates, creation, and improvement for the Professional target group.
• Collaborate closely with the global Target Group Owner for Professionals to support campaigns targeting our growing markets.
• Research industry trends and best practices, and suggest innovative ideas to enhance our Talent Marketing portfolio.
• Assist with various employer branding and talent marketing tasks to deliver an exceptional employer experience.

Your Profile

• Education: Degree in Marketing, Media and Communications, Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent field.
• Working Style: Action-oriented; pushes boundaries and pursues results even without immediate feedback.
• Analytical & Data-Driven Approach: Very strong analytical skills; high interest in data analysis.
• Employer Branding and Project Management: Project management affinity. Strong interest in Employer Branding and Brand Governance, with skills in managing stakeholders across countries.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, written and spoken; German is a plus.
