Role Overview
You'll work along with our recruiters and hiring managers for the German, Austrian, and Dutch markets, uncovering talent, researching industries, and helping us reach the right people in new and creative ways. You'll combine curiosity with action, explore markets, research people and companies, and help connect with outstanding talent. If you love variety, thrive in fast‑changing environments, and enjoy learning something new every day — this role will keep you inspired. It’s a position for someone who enjoys getting things moving, spotting opportunities, and finding solutions when the path isn’t clear yet.
Your Responsibilities
- Research industries, competitors, and talent landscapes across Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands.
- Build target company lists and identify where potential candidates are likely to be found.
- Find and reach out to candidates through Linked
In, Xing, and other creative channels. - Write clear, personal outreach messages that make people want to talk to you.
- Work closely with recruiters — share insights, adjust searches, and keep hiring momentum high.
- Keep an overview of your searches and results in our ATS (Workday) and track what works best.
- Experiment, adapt, and learn — when one approach doesn’t work, you try another.
- Document and visualize your findings so others can build on them — creating sustainable knowledge for your team and contributing to continuous learning.
- Shape how we source and research talent by leaving your footprint — bringing ideas, structure, and long‑term thinking into a fast‑evolving environment.
Who You Are
We welcome experienced sourcers, researchers, coordinators and career changers who bring curiosity, energy, creativity, and pragmatism. If you already bring experience in sourcing or recruiting, we’ll make sure your expertise is recognized and valued. If not, we’ll train you. You might come from sales, customer service, education, marketing, or communications — what matters most is your drive to learn and make things happen.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Excellent German (C1 or above) and very good English.
- A hands‑on, proactive mindset — you like to get involved and see results.
- Ease with change and ambiguity — you stay focused when things move fast.
- Creativity and persistence in finding new approaches and connecting with people.
- The ability to bring focus and small structures into dynamic processes.
- Team spirit — you enjoy working closely with recruiters and hiring managers and sharing insights.
- Curiosity for new tools, sourcing methods, and trends in the talent market.
- Experience with Linked
In Recruiter, Boolean search, or ATS systems is a plus, not a must.
