We are seeking a talented and motivated Talent Sourcer to join our new team in Lisbon. As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top candidates to meet our client’s needs. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing and engaging potential candidates, building talent pipelines, and supporting our Recruitment Specialists. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about talent acquisition and with a keen eye for identifying exceptional candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online databases, social media, networking, job boards, and industry events to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Conduct research to build a talent pipeline of passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Review candidate resumes and applications to assess qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to evaluate candidates' interest, motivation, and basic qualifications.
- Provide regular updates on sourcing efforts and share potential candidate profiles with Recruitment Specialists.
- Attend company training sessions to ensure top performance.
- Report to the Recruitment Manager and work within a defined team.
- Contribute positively to the company’s culture and working environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Some experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Proactive and creative
