Talent Sourcer Specialist

- driven Talent Source Specialist to join our growing international recruitment team, based in Lisbon.

What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent across multiple markets and industries. You’ll work closely with recruitment and hiring teams to ensure we find the right people, faster — using a combination of strategy, creativity, and technology.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Crafting and executing effective sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles, markets, and candidate profiles
-  Proactively identifying talent through channels such as Linked
 In Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conducting initial outreach and screening to assess candidate suitability and interest
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs
- Collaborating with internal teams to understand role requirements and optimise the search process
- Tracking sourcing activity and candidate progress using ATS and CRM platforms
- Providing market intelligence, insights on talent availability, and competitor benchmarking
- Ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience at every stage of engagement
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sourcing or recruitment role (in-house, RPO, or consultancy background welcome)
-  Strong command of sourcing techniques: Boolean search, Linked
 In Recruiter, CV databases, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — comfortable engaging passive and active candidates
- Highly organised, with great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence using ATS/CRM platforms and digital sourcing tools
- A proactive, resourceful mindset and genuine enthusiasm for talent acquisition
- English proficiency at B2/C1 level or higher – both spoken and written – is required
-  Experience sourcing in international or
 - lingual markets is a plus
