Talent Strategy Consultant Lisboa

Overview

We are looking for a talented individual to become a key member of our Career team at Mercer. This position can be based in either Porto or Lisbon and offers a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on projects such as Organizational Transformation, Job Evaluation and Description, Job Architecture, Performance Management, Career Paths, Frameworks, Competency Models, Engagement, and more;
• Contribute to assessment and development projects, supporting clients in talent evaluation, leadership development, and succession planning;
• Manage project activities and timelines to ensure the delivery of scope and quality to clients;
• Analyze client and market data to develop insights, and prepare presentations and reports using Excel and Power
  Point;
• Draft and review documents that consolidate information to support process definitions, trends, and policies development;
• Engage with clients to foster strong business relationships;
• Identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and contribute to business development efforts.

What you need to have

• Degree in Management, HR, Organizational Psychology, or a related field;
• Relevant experience in HR projects or roles;
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese (C2 level);
• Empathetic communication abilities;
• Organized,
  - oriented, and rigorous in your approach;
• Critical reasoning and systemic thinking;
• Curiosity and learning agility;
• Dynamism, proactivity and flexibility;
• Accountability and ownership;
• Willingness to visit clientes.
