Talent Strategy Consultant
Overview
We are looking for a talented individual to become a key member of our Career team at Mercer. This position can be based in either Porto or Lisbon and offers a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on projects such as Organizational Transformation, Job Evaluation and Description, Job Architecture, Performance Management, Career Paths, Frameworks, Competency Models, Engagement, and more;
- Contribute to assessment and development projects, supporting clients in talent evaluation, leadership development, and succession planning;
- Manage project activities and timelines to ensure the delivery of scope and quality to clients;
- Analyze client and market data to develop insights, and prepare presentations and reports using Excel and Power
Point; - Draft and review documents that consolidate information to support process definitions, trends, and policies development;
- Engage with clients to foster strong business relationships;
- Identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and contribute to business development efforts.
What you need to have
- Degree in Management, HR, Organizational Psychology, or a related field;
- Relevant experience in HR projects or roles;
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese (C2 level);
- Empathetic communication abilities;
- Organized,
- oriented, and rigorous in your approach; - Critical reasoning and systemic thinking;
- Curiosity and learning agility;
- Dynamism, proactivity and flexibility;
- Accountability and ownership;
- Willingness to visit clientes.
