Talent Wizard
We’re looking for a bright Talent Wizardto join our team.
Heads up! The contract will be through one of our outsourcing partners, but you'll be working
- time with us as part of our team.
We're looking for someone spectacular with proven experience working in all phases of a talent acquisition process. Someone who stands out and can contribute big things working alongside our dynamic team of Wizards.
This role is perfect for someone who has proven experience in identifying and recognising a talented tech person beyond the obvious. With good communication, connection and relationship skills, you'll contribute to the efforts of our Wizards team in creating extraordinary candidate experiences.
We look for more than a specialist. You'll participate in the entire candidate journey, including sourcing, screening, interviewing; be present in recruitment events or participate in any other relevant internal initiatives. We also expect you contribute to systematically collecting data to improve our recruitment process and the candidate's experience.
Whatever you’re working on, here’s the lowdown on the technical skills you’re likely to have:
- Degree in Psychology, HRor similar areas.
- Proven experiencedealing with all stages of the IT sourcing and recruitment process, including analysing and evaluating soft skills and cultural fit.
- Excellent documentation skills and mastery of English.
- Comfortable dealing with change and ambiguity by quickly adjusting to changing priorities and conditions.
- Act proactively without being told what to do, bringing new ideas to the company
