Job Description
The jobholder will be responsible for managing the SAP FI / CO Accounting Systems Team, which is part of Airbus GBS Tech Hub.
Operational Responsibilities
- Support Airbus worldwide accounting users network for 80+ legal entities of the Airbus Commercial and Helicopters divisions on S/4 HANA SAP solutions covering General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Tax, Cost accounting.
Incident Support
- Collect incidents through ticketing system
- Analyze incidents according to priority
- Propose and apply a solution to fix
- When needed, connect to Headquarter expert teams or development teams for solution
Functional Support Requests
- Collect functional support requests through ticketing system
- Analyze and prioritize according to level of urgency
- Answer to the request
Small System Evolution Requests
- Collect small systems evolution requests
- Analyze the requests and design the solution
- Customize, test and deliver the solution
Process Improvement
- Prioritize the topics in connection with SAP FI/CO product responsible in Headquarter
- Validate the solutions with SAP FI/CO product responsible in Headquarter when needed
- Update relevant SAP FICO product documentation
- Ensure quality of the support process and propose permanent improvements in process or ticketing tools
Team Management Responsibilities
- Support the Airbus GBS team on HR and office topics aligned with the expectations of Functional Managers and Airbus GBS strategy
- Provide guidance to team members ensuring they have the right tools, system access, high‑quality services, balanced workload and respect Airbus values
- Manage different dimensions of the team: performance assessment, compensation, competencies assessment, development, training and career path design in alignment with GBS Manager
- Active contribution to the team strategy
- Identify, propose and implement solutions for improvement in each domain of the team
- Ensure strict compliance with GBS and HR policies and procedures
- Support the AGBS recruitment and onboarding of newcomers
- Share and cascade central information to the local team
- Manage and balance the team workload
- Update relevant SAP FICO documentation (e. g. SOPs)
- Ensure team deliverables quality
- Create a wellbeing working atmosphere and act in respect with Airbus values
- Support the Co
P transition and implement regular reporting to Functional Managers - Act as primary Technical referee for local team and focal point for Functional Managers
Requirements
- Degree: Bachelor or Master related to IT, Finance, Business Administration
- At least 5 years of experience in a corporate environment and in a leadership position
- Experience in SAP R/3 or SAP S/4 HANA
- Good understanding of Business Processes in the Finance area (R2A, P2P, O2C)
- Awareness and sensitivity to other cultures and ability to work with colleagues in other countries and regions (international experience preferred)
- Positive, energetic, assertive, collaborative, resilient and solution‑oriented attitude
- Robust analytical, critical thinking and decision making skills

We are looking for an experienced Senior developer to work on a successful FX electronic dealing platform. We are looking for a seasoned self‑leading candidate with hands‑on in Java core (Java SE), multithreading/concurrency/performance experience.
