Are you a skilled Tax Advisor looking to expand your experience across both national and international tax matters?

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Personal Income Tax compliance for a globally mobile workforce operating across multiple tax jurisdictions.
• Support the processing of tax functions across all business entities, including preparing tax slips, payments, and managing refunds.
• Advise management on national and international tax matters, ensuring full compliance with current tax laws and regulations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders on
  - related queries.
• Collaborate with external tax advisors globally to manage corporate tax filings, international tax payments, and withholding tax matters.
• Assist with the preparation of tax provisions and audit support across all business units.
• Oversee tax accounting processes such as returns, reconciliations, and assessments.
• Evaluate and improve existing tax policies and procedures in line with evolving regulations.
• Identify tax risks and opportunities and contribute to risk mitigation strategies.
• Support with business registrations and international tax number applications.
• Manage VAT and other indirect tax processes to ensure regulatory compliance.

You Are:

• A confident tax leader with experience in a Big Four firm and/or multinational environment.
• Experienced in international tax, transfer pricing, and
  - border structuring.
• Skilled in global mobility and expatriate tax compliance.
• Holder of a master’s degree in taxation, Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Analytical, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured,
  - focused, and proactive, with the ability to manage complex tasks independently.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, auditing, economics, business law, or a related field.
• 5–10 years’ experience in a tax advisory role, ideally with exposure to both national and international taxation.
• A strong understanding of tax legislation and tax compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office—particularly Excel.
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) are essential.
