#THEROLE

We are seeking an Tax Assistant , for our Lisbon Office, with expertise with client relationship management, provide technical consultancy to individuals or companies in the scope of tax planning, to tax compliance as well as the tax impacts of mobility and migration.

#ABOUTTHEJOB

• Preparing and submitting personal income tax returns.
• Preparing other relevant tax returns (Social security and VAT tax returns).
• Issuing rent and green receipts for clients.
• Assisting with tax representation obligations by identifying and sending notices to Clients and assisting with client’s communication.

#ABOUTYOU

• Law Degree with proven experience in tax law.
• Registered with the Bar Association (mandatory).
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken at a professional level) - Spanish is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year handling tax returns, .
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a structured team process.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and
  - solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, ethical, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Ambitious, proactive, and driven to deliver excellence.
