Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Tax Associate based in Lisbon. The Tax Associate will perform various tasks, including tax compliance and preparation, interpreting tax laws, ensuring proper adherence to regulations, and advising clients on effective tax strategies. The role will involve collaboration with legal and financial teams to support clients in managing tax‑related obligations and resolving complex issues.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Tax Compliance and Tax Preparation
• Comprehensive knowledge of Tax, Tax Law, and financial regulations
• Experience in Finance with the ability to analyze and present tax data effectively
• Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to advise and collaborate with clients and teams
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (a Master's specialization in Tax Law is a plus)
• Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English
• Prior experience in tax advisory or a legal setting is advantageous
