Tax Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Tax IT Business Analyst Team, responsible for supporting and optimizing
- related processes within the financial sector.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Tax and experience in requirements analysis, Agile methodologies, and functional collaboration with development teams.

Main Tasks

• Manage requirement formalization and the Change Request cycle using Business Analysis best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze, clarify, and challenge requirements from a critical and constructive perspective.
• Formalize functional requirements and obtain validation from the business.
• Provide functional expertise and guidance to IT developers.
• Contribute to functional testing activities and assist the business during user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Follow all project and release phases, ensuring compliance with workflows, timelines, and reporting standards.
• Maintain strong collaboration between Business and IT, promoting continuous improvement in tax processes.

Technical Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Management, Tax, or Law.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the financial industry, with a strong focus on Tax.
• Solid experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with relational databases (preferably SQL).
• Strong knowledge of Tax activity.
• General IT knowledge and familiarity with Custody processes are a plus.
