randstad is recruiting for a client, a renowned SSC that´s seeking a Tac Consultant

responsabilidades chave

your role:

Responsible to proactively analyze potential problems and propose/assess new solutions and respective implementation;

Manage and define process improvements, and establish new working processes within systems area to ensure efficiency and excellence;

Responsible to analyze reconciliations according to compliance and assure the logic of reconciliations and the comparison with amounts of VAT accounts;

Assure the accounts are cleared and open items are handled properly and cleared on timely manner;

Support the team on compliance topics and assure the VAT requirements are met;

Support supervising the work of the team;

Ensuring the agreed SLAs are met towards the business partners.

competências

if you have:

Broad and deep conceptual and practical knowledge of their own functional area

Advanced knowledge of European VAT and intrastat requirements

Solid knowledge in SAP

Proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power
Point). Advanced knowledge in MS Excel

Strong customer focus and stakeholder management skills with business partners and the global functional Team

Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business setting

Ability to work in a
- paced environment

Excellent communication skills

Ability to provide a clear framework for performance to direct reports
