Fórum Selecção is looking for a Tax Officer (M/F) for a Corporate Bank (Porto)

Main activities:

• Understanding and working knowledge of FATCA and AEOI Regulations;
  
  
  
  
• Collect sensitive and accurate client documentation regarding tax regulations such as FATCA and AEOI;
  
  
  
  
• Interact with external clients and other stakeholders to gather the necessary documents;
  
  
  
  
• Update and index client ́s documentations into legacy systems;
  
  
  
  
• Handle and act diligently in cases of change in circumstances;
  
  
  
  
• Act diligently on the resolution of escalations originated from 1. 2 Controls;
  
  
  
  
• Responsible to produce and review KPIs per Regulation and support constant review on relevance of these KPIs;
  
  
  
  
• Make recommendations/suggestions to enhance procedures and processes in place.

Profile and skills we look for:

• Higher education:
  
  Law, Taxation, Business School, or similar;
  
  
  
  
• Experience in CIB business, Source Deductions Regulations and Tax Credits, U. S. Tax Returns (QI/QDD/Fatca) and Tax documentation;
  
  
  
  
• Excel advanced;
  
  
• Must be fully fluent in English, French is a plus

Temporary project:

approximately 7 months.
