Tax Processing Analyst at BNP Paribas CIB

We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented individual to manage tax processing activities for our institutional clients. The role requires strong communication skills, a solid knowledge of tax regulations and the ability to operate efficiently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and follow up all client requests related to tax relief at source or reclaim purposes, prepare fiscal documentation and perform necessary validations on the system.
• Validate tax documentation provided by clients according to each market rule.
• Control and ensure correct taxation is applied on income payments.
• Respond to Account Manager queries about the activity managed.
• Process cash reclaim refunds, updating accountancy breaks and movements accurately.
• Report any risks or errors to the line manager identified during daily tasks.
• Contribute to procedure updates and business improvements.
• Respect the established service level agreements (SLAs) and deadlines.
• Create, prepare and send fiscal documentation to Tax Authorities when dealing with enhanced offer clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Advanced English language skills (B1–B2 level).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and rigor.
• Organizational and time‑management skills.
• Analytical ability.
