You will provide essential administrative and basic technical support to the Field Service team in the UK & Ireland.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Streamline Operations: Manage Engineering calendars to coordinate meetings and improve team collaboration.
- Track Performance: Supervise and report Key Performance Indicators to drive continuous improvement.
- Optimize Document Control: Be responsible for the creation and distribution of essential documents for timely communication with stakeholders.
- Facilitate Training: Coordinate training systems and maintain the Training Matrix to support Entry Level Talent development.
- Manage IT Hardware: Oversee procurement and maintenance of Engineering IT hardware to ensure team efficiency.
- Drive Improvements: Contribute to departmental improvements by identifying process optimization opportunities and implementing best practices.
What You Bring
- Hold a degree or professional qualification in administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a technical environment.
- Familiarity with SAP systems is a plus, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Power
Point. - Proactive individual with good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and handle workloads effectively with a focus on internal customer satisfaction.
