Job Description:

We are looking for a Team Leader with a strong technical background and proven experience in team management to lead a group of 5 professionals focused on reporting, ETL, and data visualization. This role combines leadership, data architecture, and
- on development using technologies such as Python, MS SQL Server, and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a team of 5 people;
Ensure quality control and validate team deliverables;
Manage the team backlog and define priorities;
Distribute tasks and monitor delivery timelines;
Design optimized data structures for reporting;
Implement ETL processes using SSIS and stored procedures/jobs;
Support the creation of dashboards in Power BI, based on tabular models.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical leadership roles;
Proven experience in Power BI – advanced skills in building dashboards, designing tabular models, and transforming data into actionable insights;
Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills;
Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement;
Team-oriented with a strong commitment to quality;
Ability to design scalable,
