Your Mission :
As Team Lead for Banking Connectivity at Agicap, your mission is to lead, mentor, and support a team of integration specialists responsible for building and maintaining secure, reliable, and compliant bank connections across multiple markets. You will ensure timely and
- quality delivery of integrations, foster technical excellence, and drive continuous improvement in our banking connectivity processes. Acting as both a leader and subject matter expert, you will be the key escalation point for complex issues, while ensuring regulatory alignment and strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Banking Connectivity specialists to ensure timely,
- quality, and compliant delivery of bank integrations across multiple markets. - Define team priorities, assign tasks, and monitor progress to maintain delivery performance, technical consistency, and regulatory alignment.
- Hold regular team ceremonies (e. g.
- ups, backlog reviews, 1:1s) to drive accountability, ownership, and continuous development. - Act as the primary escalation point for complex connectivity, authentication, or compliance issues, supporting the team in troubleshooting and resolution.
- Ensure accurate and

- date technical documentation is produced and maintained, including API specifications, data mappings, and file formats. - Provide clear, structured updates to stakeholders (e. g. Engineering, Onboarding, Banking Partners, Product), ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement of banking connectivity processes to enhance efficiency, reliability, security, and scalability.
- Contribute to strategic planning by anticipating future integration, automation, and tooling needs for banking connectivity.
- Oversee team adherence to technical standards, best practices, and financial regulatory requirements (e. g. PSD2, GDPR, SOC 2).
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, peer reviews, and coaching to strengthen technical expertise and professional growth.
What we are looking for :
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams, ideally in a
- on capacity (formal or informal leadership). - Demonstrated ability to own and improve operational delivery metrics (e. g.

- value, backlog resolution, throughput). - Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to communicate clearly with Sales, Product, Care, and customers.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex connectivity, authentication, and compliance challenges.
- Fluency in English (French or German is a plus).
- Preferred skills:
- Experience working in fintech environments.
- Experience supporting or coordinating delivery teams across multiple countries, time zones or
- partner banking integrations. - Strong analytical thinking and organisational skills; able to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of detail or quality.
- Experience designing and scaling delivery processes and team operating models.
- Knowledge of banking protocols (EBICS, SWIFT, EDITRAN, AFTs), API-based integrations and an understanding of financial regulations (e. g. PSD2, GDPR, SOC 2).

HOW DO YOU BECOME PART OF THE TEAM?
Our interview process takes an average of 2 weeks and generally consists of
- First meeting with the Talent Acquisition team
- A role play or case study with the respective department
- Final round with management (and sometimes C-level
- maker)
