Job Title: Team Lead / BI Developer (Power BI, Azure, SQL)

Location: Lisbon - Hybrid 2x per week

About the Role:

We are seeking a Team Lead / Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join a leading banking project. This position combines technical expertise in BI tools with leadership skills to manage development teams and deliver
- quality data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of BI developers, ensuring best practices and efficient workflows.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports (Cloud & On-Prem).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
• Optimize data models, queries, and performance for
  - scale banking datasets.
• Manage integrations with Microsoft Azure, MS Dev
  Ops, and SQL Server environments.
• Oversee project delivery using Agile methodologies and Jira.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a BI Developer and Team Lead.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, data visualization, and ETL processes.
• Solid understanding of SQL Server, data modeling, and database optimization.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and Dev
  Ops pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e. G. , Jira).
• Fluent English and French (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the banking or financial services sector.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
