The Role

Veeva Link’s vision is to build connected data applications that improve research and patient outcomes.

As a Team Lead for one of our Data Operations teams, you will lead a remote team of 50+ freelancers who do
- based web research. You will design business processes and drive process improvements as well as technology improvements.

You plan and control these business processes and support their execution by removing barriers for your team members. Your primary focus is to improve process efficiency and reduce defects. As a
- line manager and servant leader, you deliver operational metrics associated with your process and results while keeping your team engaged.

- oriented, analytical, organized, and socially skilled. You communicate effectively with managers, analysts, and researchers.

• Collaborate with the engineering teams on process automation
• Escalate all risks and incidents early and unambiguously

• Extensive people leadership experience (3+ years)
• Proven knowledge of business process design, management, and optimization
• 3+ year working experience
• Comfortable working remotely in an international environment
