Job Description
As a Team Lead Financial Performance Controlling Procurement (f/m/div), you will play a crucial role as a strategic partner to the business, enabling informed
- making by delivering precise and insightful financial data and reports.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the local team responsible for performance controlling, reporting, and savings auditing.
- Overseeing various consolidation tasks and ensuring seamless coordination with other teams.
- Facilitating the review, preparation, and moderation of key performance indicators and forecast alignment meetings.
- Preparing and presenting comprehensive management operating reviews.
- Coordinating prepayment forecasting and ensuring approval and communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Managing corporate risk reporting processes, including risk consolidation and categorization.
- Driving essential financial hedging activities and aligning with necessary parties.
- Coordinating and presenting raw material premises.
- Engaging in conceptual work to continuously improve processes and efficiency.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in Business Administration with a focus on finance or comparable experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in finance and controlling within a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical skills and a high degree of negotiating power and diplomacy.
- Familiarity with SAP and other digitalization tools (a plus).
- Interpersonal skills to lead a small local team, collaborate with a team in Munich, and partner with globally acting PROC business functions.
- Excellent communication skills and a focus on business partner needs.
- A proactive personality with a sense of urgency and meticulous attention to detail.
- The ability to leverage business intelligence tools and technology that support reporting, automation, and monitoring of performance metrics.
- Fluency in English (mandatory); German is a plus.
