Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a distributed HR IT team in the subdomain Applications | Cross Functions.
• Drive the further development of our HR IT landscape with a focus on Success
  Factors and SAP HCM.
• Partner with the functional HR organization across group, BA, and company levels to align priorities.
• Manage strategic HR IT projects from concept to implementation, including resource planning and budgeting.
• Ensure smooth HR IT operations, high service quality, and continuous improvement.
• Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the professional growth of your team members.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in HR IT, ideally in an international context.
• Strong expertise in Success
  Factors and SAP HCM and in HR process implementation.
• Proven track record in international project management and modern application service delivery.
• Knowledge of IT service management and delivery models (On-Premise, Hybrid, Cloud).
• Experience in managing teams and a diverse portfolio of initiatives within HR.
• Excellent English skills, strong communication and leadership abilities. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
